Peanut Tofu

This is peanut tofu with rice. I don’t know what else to say other than it had lots of peanuts in it, and it was less than a dollar.

The bowl sitting next to it is some rice you eat along with the main dish. The plate of rice behind the rice is full of rice and other things like meat and vegetables. That plate belongs to one of my new Chinese study buddy friends. I later ordered the same plate at his request and found it to be very, very tasty.
