Beef & Noodles on the go

Here are some really tasty noodles with beef and vegetables. What makes this meal exciting is that the man I bought this meal from made the noodles from a big pile of dough, and I watched him make them right before my eyes! This is great because the noodles are fresh and are more filling that way.
