"Wherefore, be of good cheer, and do not fear, for I the Lord am with you, and will stand by you; and ye shall bear record of me, even Jesus Christ, that I am the Son of the living God, that I was, that I am, and that I am to come."

Christmas Games 2

Next we played a game called "Person, Place and Thing" or something like that. It's basically Charades and Telephone put together. We enjoyed it and I got some great pictures, but like I said, most I'm leaving off the blog. :D However, when I get a Heritage Makers book made of Christmas, you can all see when you come visit me. hehe!

Here are Dad and me being a great audience. :D

This is Jake acting out what he saw Grandpa do. Can you guess what this thing is? (It's a polar bear.)

Here is more of the great audience.

This is James. This is a place by the way. I had to act it out first and then Jenny had to act it out and by the time James saw it, it had changed significantly. At this point, it's turned into a sort of punk-rocker flirty dance. I have to say it was hilarious to behold. In case you couldn't tell, the place is "shower".

This picture CRACKS me up! I don't think he intended it to look so evil but it so reminds me of Frodo's face at the end of The Return of the King when he's decided he will keep the ring for himself. I think James could have gotten the part if this were his screen test.

This game was as awkward and fun as it looks. Basically you all stand in a circle with each of your feet touching the foot of the people next to you. Then one person starts and moves one foot to touch the foot of his neighbor. Then that neighbor has to move that exact foot and touch the foot of the next person and so on. You cannot move your foot once it's placed and if you fall (like Twister) then you're out. This is basically a twist on Twister. No board required. It was actually quite fun.

Here we are exhausted after games and pie.
