This is our back yard... Yep! I don't worry about natural disasters because if we ever need food, we'll just walk out here and get it. Ha!

| Love my happy kiddos |
It finally happened that the babies outgrew their bedside cradle. Sort of. They grew too big to sleep in the same one. So now they each get their own. A problem parents of multiples have is feeling like your showing more affection to one kid than the other. Some days I'm constantly questioning my actions and wondering if I'm loving the "equally" which is a dumb question anyway but when you're tired and hungry and probably dirty from spit up and not having time to shower, every concern is colossal. So I had to come up with a reason for which kid got to sleep beside me and which one had to be banished across the room. Hyrum won the bedside spot because he was the poorer sleeper at this point so I needed to be able to reach over put the binkie in multiples times a night. Audrianne was a great sleeper so she got put out of arm's reach. I hope they both felt loved... Haha! I did miss falling asleep starting into both their faces.

This is what we mean when we say that Abi has some sensory needs. Haha! Sometimes she just wants to feel the world a little closer around her, a bit smaller and a bit more manageable. But, don't we all?

Our foreign exchange daughter who was attending BYU-Idaho came to visit us for a couple weeks. She was huge help with the kids! We miss her!

James dreams of sharing his sci-fi love and nerd knowledge with his kids. That dream is finally beginning to be realized.

This is a big day for our family!!! This is one year after the day of our embryo transfer. One year earlier, we were worried sick about whether they would survive the thaw and if they did, whether they would implant after transfer and how long the pregnancy would last. Fortunately we know the happy ending of that story!

This is a ginormous milestone for twin mom life! I love holding and feeding my babies but I also appreciate more time in life. Raising twins is so difficult!

Hyrum's therapists have suggested putting this mirror on the floor where he is encouraged to lift his head to see himself to help strengthen his neck. This has proved to be fun for the whole family!

Another milestone for twin moms is figuring out how to hold two babies at once. We're getting there!
