July Fourth in Colorado

James and I spent Independence Day in Colorado at my Grandparents' home. I really do feel quite lucky to have been able to spend a few years this close to them.

This is the problem with Pinterest.... Haha! There are simply not enough parties to try out all of the cool ideas. Trish found lots of cool ideas that she used including this idea for drinks. I didn't end up getting a picture of the finished product but here is a link. They tasted delicious and were so fun, I had to make them again here in NM for my niece and nephews.

Here is Granddad. He looks angry. He's not. I think he's just hungry... haha!
