"Wherefore, be of good cheer, and do not fear, for I the Lord am with you, and will stand by you; and ye shall bear record of me, even Jesus Christ, that I am the Son of the living God, that I was, that I am, and that I am to come."

Grandparents are the BEST!

One of my favorite memories of Abi's introduction to our family will always be watching all of her grandparents hold her. Grandparents have a very special look and Abi can boast that she has 4 grandparents and 8 great-grandparents. Not many kids get to say that. Somehow we managed to visit them all in a matter of weeks!

On our way up to get Abi, we stopped by to see James's paternal grandparents. That was a marvelous visit!

My mom was with us for two weeks to help out both in Utah and New Mexico. James still looks around our house at times and says, "I miss having your mom here." (The house was cleaner when she was here.) Thanks, Mom!

We managed a quick last-minute trip up to see James's maternal grandparents who we were thrilled to see!

When we got back from Utah, my dad, my sister, and niece were waiting for us. What a great weekend! I loved it! I wish we had more like it.

James's parents came to visit right away. And they brought lunch! Thank you!

We stayed home only a couple days before Mom and I drove to Colorado to visit my grandparents. I can not get over the adoring looks they all gave Abi. It made me grateful to have such loving family who so quickly accept Abigail as our daughter and their granddaughter. What wonderful people!

We loved visiting all our grandparents! Thank you to them for the love, support, and prayers. They have been some of our biggest supports through the years. We LOVE you!

P.S. Yes, Abi did travel to FOUR STATES before she was even 2 weeks old. And she lived. Yay! We joked about stopping by 4 Corners on our way home and taking a picture of her on the monument, but by that point, we just wanted to be home SO badly! So we didn't. Bummer. :)

These pics made me tear up, they are so precious and the love just radiates from them! So special, and so neat that you got to take Abi meet all of them! She is a beauty :)
